Leaving this sweet boy alone is going to be harder than I thought. I am pulling his tub out of rack twice a day to check for water and poops. Also I double check temps and humidity. He is in a small hide inside his tub. It is okay to pull the rack to check up on him yes?

Gorgeous noodle, I am sure it is quit tempting to just cuddle him , I don't see why maintenance would pose much of a problem as long as you are not checking ;) excessively
