Believe it or not I accidently started DD on the same deeding schedule as the pet store that we got him from. We got him on Friday, on Tuesday I decided to try and feed him. To my suprise and despite what they books said, he ate. Tuesday are the days they feed their reptiles.

See, that's the thing though, I have been feeding him every Saturday - one mouse a week (and in this case, offering feed (the same mouse) on the past two Saturdays which he refused). So, we had a routine established of every Saturday was feeding. I just didn't want to wait a third week before offering him feed again, although I know that he probalby would have been just fine on a 3 week fast. So this Monday was the only day that I went off his normal feeding schedule and he took this mouse, which is why I asked the question about if a personality (or actions) of a particular mouse could make your ball refuse feed.

Oh me, now I've confused myself! LOL

I'm so happy mine could care less what day she is fed. She would eat a brick if it smelled like rat. One week she'll eat a small rat, and last Tuesday she ate 3 adult mice, and now tonight she'll be having small rat again. This girl just doesn't give a hoot :)

And Dillinger just eats... Doesn't care what it is... He just knows it's food and he eats it.
