    What if what I see as the colour red may be seen as 'my' blue through your eyes. But we would never know what other people see because we've all been told since birth that the colour we see is referred to as red. I've often wondered that.

    How would you ever know what someone else *physically* sees though? That's like saying you can feel the exact same sensation. You can only ever relate what you experience to someone else. You would agree on the name of the colour because we all see the same part of the electromagnetic spectrum (even that may not be the case). But the way your eyes and brain physically receive and actually process that information could be completely different to someone else.

    So if you could see through my eyes and my brain what you actually see may be completely different to what you see in your own body. My green might be your purple but we know those colours by name so will refer to them as the same name.

    Ha ha do you see what I mean? There are people who are colour blind and that can be measured. But what if everyone physically sees colours differently but just don't know it because there's currently no way to measure it?

    This is how I feel about hearing Laurel. I clearly here a deep robot voice saying Laurel. I am 41 btw.
