I was kinda getting worried about what I was feeding her cause I was out of rat pups so I moved her up to weaned and well she took to them no problem but with them less is more so I fed her every two weeks instead of 10 days and now I have rat pups and I think when I have her a 20g rat she was probably like WTH is this lol she got use to 35-38g rats lol she’s 420g atm. Trying to keep that loaf look

Re: Anubis
Hey guys ima bamp this and see what I get as quickly as possible, so I’m running low on smaller small rats that I’ve been feeding everyone. Including Anubis. She’s growing like a weed and getting big, 622 grams on October 10th and measured out at 3ft 4inches, would it be safe to say I could feed her a 65g rat tonight? Does the 10-15% rule apply to Boas as well? I only feed her 1 every two weeks unless there’s a refusal and I fed her on the 14th last. Here’s a quick shot from last week of her, just for attention lol thanks again!

If the 65g rat is the same size of her girth or slightly more, but very slight... I'd say go ahead.
How old is she?

Re: Anubis
Looking great, should be fine if its not much fatter than her,if it leaves too much of a bulge just leave it a bit longer to feed again

If she can take that 65g rat, keep feeding that size and you can probably feed her every 21 days from now on.
Of course, this is just guidelines, you will have to monitor her behavior and see if she's happy waiting 21 days and not striking the glass or acting xtra hungry.

She’s only struck the tank once and that was my fault but she’s my garbage disposal lol, she’s always hungry hahaha but true that’s a lot! I’ll try And get some updated modeling pics of her soon lol

They’re currently thawing at the moment so I’ll post the pic when she takes it, probably in about and hour or so
