    Ok, so I picked up a second hygrometer that cost a little more to have a second opinion, and if anything this ones gives readings that are LOWER..:( by 4-5%. I tried kthoms104 idea of placing a wet sponge in the tank, with no change. Most of the holes I made are already covered up, since I way over did it when creating my tub and aluminum tape was a simple solution. I'd really like to stick with paper but maybe a substrate change is my next step? I will reply again with some pictures of my set-up if that would help.
