The pet store was 10 miles from my house instead of 30 which is how far the 1 store that I normally purchase feeders from.

Without a necropsy there's no way to know what killed the cham, and even then it could be inconclusive. It could have been the feeders, or she could have been harboring a disease and just not showing it as reptiles are great at hiding when they are sick until it's too late - and you only had her two weeks.

That’s so hard, my sympathies.
