Well I just had my fourth clutch of ball python eggs! This one is not so fancy, just a Normal female crossed with a Coral Glow het pied male. Here are the odds below, only half will be Coral Glows and half of those will be het Pieds. Can't really tell the het pieds on these until you prove them out, although you should be able to tell the Normals from the Normal het pieds by the belly marking. I'm really hoping for a Coral Glow female to hold back and use as a 'Female Maker' breeder! I could also produce a Super Coral Glow if I had a female to go with my male. And next year I'll be pairing my Coral Glow het Pied male with a big Pied female to get some Coral Glow Pieds.
So far this makes clutches of 10 eggs, 10 eggs, 7 eggs, and 6 eggs. Two eggs molded and I threw those away, one smelled real bad and I sprayed it with foot powder and it shrunk up LOL. I'm guessing that one is bad as well. So right now I have 30 good eggs in the incubator. And zero slugs so far!
Percent Fraction Genes 25 % 1/4 Normal (Wild Type, Classic) 25 % 1/4 Het Piebald 25 % 1/4 Coral Glow (White Smoke) 25 % 1/4 Coral Glow (White Smoke) Het Piebald
