These are all great ideas! I would love to see more pics of what people are using for stands. Keep em coming! :D

I definitely decided against the AP stand after seeing these pics. I feel like I would get it if I was stacking multiple enclosures.

I content with my one snake at the moment but that may change when I visit my next reptile expo haha!

I use the AP stand but i also have pretty tall stacks. I just use one of those plastic folding tables for my extra T8 and T10. If you are only using 1 cage, then skip the AP stand but if you are stacking lors of cages, a taller stand will limit how high you cans stack cages. Also, if you are stacking 6 foot cages, your options get smaller unless you build. The 6 foot cages get kind of heavy.

Should I put anything between the cage and the cabinet/stand that I'll get? I ordered their bellyheat and I'll be using a RHP.

Take it for what it's worth but here's some advice I received when ordering my RHP....

You may want to consider adding a piece of foil faced insulation under the cage to reduce your electricity costs. Even if the cage is not directly on the floor, due to the physics of heat loss, you will still have appreciable losses from the cage bottom to your floor. "The greater the difference between the temperatures of the surfaces, the greater the rate of heat transfer from the warmer surface to the cooler one, even if not touching." Concrete has very little "R" value, so you are losing quite a bit of energy through it, even when covered with a finished floor. If you place a piece of high density insulation that has aluminum foil installed on the surface directly under the cage, it will significantly reduce this loss, resulting in warmer cage floors and less electricity required to heat the cage. This type of insulation can be found at almost all home centers or insulation suppliers. I recommend at least a thickness of 1". This is an inexpensive investment that will pay for itself many times over.

Wow, pat yourself on the back for the nice work! That's just awesome looking. I'm just curious how difficult that might be to clean and keep up with?

Shouldn't be too bad. It will be fully bioactive. Hopefully the bugs will help out a bit.
