Sounds like an awesome guy. My brother on ther other hand is an idiot and spent most of his life incarcerated. I still love him to death but the boy just can't get right. I can't elaborate on the wreck at the moment for legal reasons but my temper is why I'm on probation right now

I probably could have won in court but I wasn't willing to gamble with my life. I took a plea deal that turned attempted murder into aggravated battery reclassified and 20 to life into 2 years of house arrest and 5 years of probation

I completely understand but that seems a raw deal but glad it worked out in some manner.

All the witnesses including the guy on the news backed out for fear of gang retaliation. The best part is the guy I shot (8 times) is doing 25 to life for armed robbery with a mask. His buddy got away but he can't run, ever again, so he surrendered. He took 8 rounds of .45 acp and lived! The detectives said "sometimes crack saves lives" because the idiot was high on crack and malnourished so he didn't bleed out. Sorry for being graphic

I tried to edit the last part after receiving some advice from another member but it won't let me so I apologize in advance and if a mod could delete that last post I would really appreciate it and I'll think before I post in the future
