    Anyone know how to test a temp gun for accuracy?
    Just looked it up, yes, ice cubes mixed with cold water stirred and allowed to settle will always ready 32 F, 0 C.
    And ice water crystallizing would be a good test too.
    But ice cubes could be much colder. Good to know!
