Hmmm... looks like a nose rub to me. Can you think of anything that might b stressing her out? My Ramen did this when I first got him, and he kept trying to escape through the walls of his viv until I covered them up lol. Can’t really offer any advice about the wound itself. Maybe just keep an eye and if it starts to worsen/look infected etc. get to a vet
