Constipated Ball Python??

    Sadly for the snake there was a lot more going on here than constipation which it was not and without detailed history even a guess would ve hard.

    I see a snake that was underfed with spine that was showing when at rest. Feeding pinkies to a BP is underfeeding, those are nothing more than water and little fat and are not for BP not even if 3 are fed, those are hatchling colubrid food.

    That means an underfed snake will not poop, for something to come out there must be waste and in this case everything was used to maintain body function.

    I also see a snake that was dehydrated, and that was not provided with proper humidity, this snake was not about to shed it had gone through the motion and failed to shed because of husbandry issues giving the skin that very specific look.

    The "belly" button sorry but a belly button scar on an animal that size is about an inch an inch and a half this line is very long and not of normal looking appearance.

    For the rest since you have another animal get a necropsy done.
