If her vent looks normal (lies flat and smooth), her body looks and feels normal (no lumps), and she's acting normally, there isn't much reason to believe she's impacted as of now. But yes, in that scenario bath and vet if bath doesn't resolve it. However, as of now, there's no reason to do much other than keep an eye on it. She's little and probably using most of her food for growth and being fed fairly lightly, she'll probably just poop in her own good time.

At 179g and eating one small/hopper mice every week is too little. She could easily be eating adult mice, or even jumbo mice or small rat pups. That would also jump start her growth and shedding process.
Age isn't really a factor in determining the size/frequency they should be eating. Underfed snakes will stay small even as they age.
Frequency depends on what you are feeding and if you are feeding appropriately sized meals, and size of their meal depends on the snake's weight and individual body proportion... For snakes smaller than ~500g, the prey's torso should be about as wide as the widest part of the snake.
Our pastel banana boi started eating 30 gram rat pups a few weeks ago when he reached 180 grams. He's now 230 grams and doing great.

If she is about to shed, that's completely normal, my BP would hold it during shed, and then let loose immediately after shedding!
