I don't currently have a thermometer, I'm working to get one.
A thermometer isn't something that is optional. Your temps underneath a heat lamp could easily get WAY too hot. What wattage is the bulb?

She has two sticks in her cage and then on the other side she has a homemade hide that is a Poptart box with a hole in it and a water dish. The tank is a 20gal tall and I use reptile carpet as substrate. I spray her cage down about once every few days and I do not currently own a thermometer or humidity gauge but I am planning on getting those soon.
Try finding a way to raise your heat lamp up a little bit. If she is too hot 4 or 6 inches higher might make all the difference. You can find rough estimates on temperature per distance to the bulb. They even print them on some of the bulbs boxes. Definitely get a thermometer. Its the only way to know exactly what's happening. Cheap digital ones are available for 10 bucks at petco.
