No way is that too big for a forever home. May be a bit big now, but with clutter could be ok. I personally would wait a bit to move him though. Tyson is about to hit 600 grams and I am almost done customizing his new/forever enclosure, which has almost the same footprint as the one you're looking at. He will be moving from his 20 gallon to the new enclosure within a few weeks.

That size cage should be fine, just add clutter as already stated. However, you can get a comparably sized cage with similar features from apcages.com for less than half that price. Worth checking out

That is the perfect size. Add in an 80 watt RHP and you are in business. I also agree you can get the same thing for less from AP or RBI.

What's Canadian for "STUPID CANADIAN MARKUPS!!!"? No you can't get them shipped to Canada, NAFTA be damned. I am also going to complain because those are in Canadian dollars too which is confusing to begin with (get your own monetary name already!).

I also see that is Cornell's World so that makes it even better. Get a herpstat 2 from them and you should be good. They sell RBI 80 watt RHP which is perfect for that cage and THG tape. Call or email them and ask if they can assemble the tape for you which will make it a lot easier.

Edit: They offer to assemble and install it with your cage order... do that trust me you do not want to assemble this stuff on your own ;)

Double edit: Everyone in Canada needs a signature stating "I am in Canada, I can't get reasonable prices on supplies, save me" :P

Yeah I wasn't planning on ordering it til next month I definitely do wanna switch as soon as possible because it's already starting to get freezing cold here and I can't keep the temperatures or humidity stable in my 20 gallon tank to save my life it either gets too cold or too hot so I'm constantly having to adjust the rheostat up and down and I can't leave my house for more than an hour or 2

I originally wanted to but with shipping and duty and additional taxes it would be too much.
