Nope, not a bit. I feed both of mine in their enclosures, as well as on shredded aspen, and while they may swallow a bit along with their prey, it won't hurt them. Remember, they can digest bone, hair, teeth, organs, etc. and a little cellulose isn't going to hurt a thing. If you are worried about it, you can always place a sheet of newspaper or paper towel down whenever you feed them. I prefer not to because my girl, only during feeding time, would eat my lunch if anything warm came near her head :)

We do the pad of newspaper thing when we feed in their enclosures on aspen. Like Becky mine are very hyper at feeding time so I usually put it in their tubs quite a bit before I get their prey ready, then I just leave it be till much later.

The aspen we use is pretty small shred tho so I'm not really worried if they ingested a time bit of it, the newspaper just cuts that down a bit and keeps the substrate clean in case the rat lets go of any fluids/feces when it's constricted.

Yeah. My local 'herp guru' told me he feeds his on aspen and it's not a problem but being new to all this I worry too much so I just prefer the newspaper right now.
