Fed the kids today. I'm really happy that they are both great eaters. Except for Fluffy's butt/head confusion.

I did recently make some modifications to Kitty's hides. I bought them because they were inexpensive but they are a bit big. I cut them down and sanded them so that they are a bit more snuggly.

I plan on getting a something for her to climb. She seems super interested in climbing and is always on the t-stat cables when she is out.

I bought Miss Kitty a little drift wood jungle gym. She had been performing impressive acrobatics with just the probe cords so I thought she'd get some use out of it. Happy to report that my little climber is a fan.

It is interesting to observe the difference in the character of these two snakes. Where Fluffy is Mr Chill. Curious and easy going, likes exploring, nothing much phases him. Doesn't hiss, has never offered to bite since he has been home. Kitty is far more skittish and on occasion will occasionally bluff strike if perturbed, and when handled goes into rock mode. She is improving with handling, but the difference between them is quite stark.

Thanks! I try to do the best with what I have. They are glass tanks which are not the most ideal but I've made modifications to try to overcome their shortcomings. When Kitty is ready to size up I'm planning to bite the bullet and invest in pvc cages for them both.

I was spraying cages and checking for poops and guess who was super blue.
