My Cornsnake is such a fail

My husband’s caramel tessera flailed herself right out of her enclosure two weeks in a row. Fortunately, both times she was so busy killing her f/t feeder I was able to scoop her up and get her back in. Now I only open the door just enough to get the tongs in and get the prey away from the opening!

I freaked out at first, but when there was no blood I figured she wasn't doing any real damage. Heehee.
