I also do need some advice. The vet understandably wants him to be housed alone to recover and such, but I don't have a single tub set up for him yet. Right now I have him in a large tub with a divider down the middle, one side being for him and his sisters, the other for another clutch. Should I move one of the larger snakes into an unheated rack for the night, move his sisters into the larger snakes heated tub overnight, and keep him where he's been? Or does anyone have a better idea?

Congrats on all the progress you've made. Trust me, my fingers and toes have been crossed for the little trooper. Why don't you consider just putting him in a separate small tub that you can just place inside one of your larger tubs that are heated already? Then just give him a paper towel roll hide and a small water dish. :)
