In Ziploc in fridge overnight then into hot water for a while before feeding.

I just put them in a 6 quart tub and fill it with warm water (not scorching hot). I'll leave it in the sink with a slow stream of warm water for about 30-60 minutes or so and they will be fully thawed and up to temp. Then I will dump the water and move them to another 6 quart tub with some paper towels to soak up some of the water. Most of my BPs will take them even if a bit wet. Any who are stubborn I can use a hair dryer to finish drying them off and heat them up a bit for a second try.

I feed small adult mice to mine I put them in a sandwich baggy and put in a mixing bowl full of warm water for about 2 hours then blow dry til it feels warm and alive then offer to jeffree he/She hasn't refused since I've had her/him which has been a month only the first feeding was unsuccessful I think that was because of being a new environment and I didn't own a blowdryer. I do 2 hours to make sure it's fully thawed cuz I'm always paranoid! lol
