the 10-15% rule really only applies to hatchlings/juveniles. at 800g+ she's likely past the 10-15% rule. just trying to spread some knowledge! [emoji4]
Thanks! Why I love you! Lol. I was looking for the chart but couldn't find it or link it.

nothing against SunnieSkys but you can't go by the 10-15% rule for a female that size. she sounds like she's been doing okay, and now that's she's with someone willing to put forth the proper care, she'll do just fine.
small rats every 7 days until she's over 1000g. then you can move to medium rats every 7 days.
sounds like she's in good hands. [emoji4] and SunnieSkys is good hands, too.
keep us posted on her!!!

As long as the snake looks nicely shaped, there is no need to 'bulk' her up unless you are breeding. Too many people don't realize that a fat snake is NOT a healthy snake. My 4.5' pied girl is 1650g and almost 4 years old. She eat a small rat every 10 days. If I feed her larger rats, it tends to throw her off of feeding and she becomes sporadic and will eat in a week or 2 months or anywhere in between. Better off with smaller feedings on a normal schedule. The snake is not going to starve to death. Here is what she looks like. She's not round like a stuffed sausage, she has a nice triangular/round shape. https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4440/3...27ca737e_h.jpghttps://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4339/3...f8117660_h.jpg
