It keeps the cool side at 80 and a shelf under the RHP stays around 86-88 for a basking area.
I was a bit disappointed that the 80wt didnt give me a warmer basking area and without a shelf there wouldnt be one at all. However my boas never bask, ever.
I have a 40wt in the t8 for the bp and it works perfect without a uth.
We shall see how it goes this winter when the temps get colder.

How were you able to fit the probe through the ventilation? This could be because I have a T12 but my ventilation slots are way too skinny to fit my herpstat probe through.

Hey thanks for your insight. I decided to go with the t8 as well. I couldnt wait the 13 week turn around. Lol, i spoke to bob and he suggested for me to get a ph12 88 watt panel. In my city which is a desert it reaches 50 degrees consistently in the winter so he said i would do good with the ph12. I already ordered my t8 today.

Ali is a pleasure to work with. I ordered the t8, florescent lights, and door locks. I was going to order the baskind shelf but i rather have a nice log stand inside for more decoration. Cant wait till it arrive.

When it came in, everything was mounted, I just had to build up the tank and seal the corners then let dry and degas over the next few days. GREAT PRODUCTS. My tank sits with the RHP plugged into a thermostat with the probe on the cold side set to 80F.

I generally see 88-92F hot side and 78-82F cold side.

I have her water halfway under the RHP to aid in humidity. This has my tank at 65% on the hot side and 80% on the cold side.

She has absolutely perfect shed's ever since I got this tank in place.

Ditto that but I have T10's - pic below to show you my probe placement - just drill a hole large enough for the probe to slide in.
