I'll pass that info on to the buyer when I meet up with them today. Thanks.

Shame about it lunging / striking at you , I've never had one to do that thankfully .
I have had a few snakes that would come straight for my hand but I just moved their head away with a hook or something and as soon as I picked them up they were real placid .

It's very unfortunate. I never wanted to get rid of her, but I'm just not experienced enough with snakes yet to be able to help her. The buyer has a few snakes of his/her own, including a retic, so I'm confident that they know what they're doing. I just want what's best for the snake.

I'm sorry she didn't work out. I think you are totally excellent for finding her a good home that can handle her, instead of dumping her at the SPCA or on an unsuspecting buyer.

Thanks. I put an ad on Craigslist, but there was no way that I would sell to someone who wouldn't be good for her. I'd sooner keep her than sell her to someone that wouldn't be able to help her or just want her because they think she's cool lookin.

There's no way that snake is 65 grams. I just bought a hatchling this week that only had three meals and she is 85 grams. That snake looks like it's at least 350 grams, looks great to me. Sounds like you have a bad scale, I'd get another one, maybe one that costs about $100 or so, one that is accurate on the low end. If you were closer I'd let you use my scale. Or maybe bring it into the kids chemistry class and use the scale at school LOL.

I'd bet every dime I've got that she's only 65grams. She's the size of a hatchling and she's 3 months old. I know I'm not wrong on this. She is the same age as my male and he weights almost twice as much as her.

Hmm....I suppose it could have been the perspective of the shot. But it sure looks what bigger than 65g in that shot.

There's no perspective in the shot though , could be a real small plant :)

She was only in a 10 gallon tank. The plant is only as big as my forearm maybe? If that.
