First, stop feeding until you get your husbandry correct and your heat sources are regulated by a thermostat. A snake that is too hot or too cold will regurgitate. An unregulated UTH will be an expensive vet bill at best or a dead snake at worst.

Second, after a regurgitation your snake should not be fed for at least three weeks and then it should be given a feeder that's a size smaller than it's normally taking. If your snake keeps that meal down then wait three weeks and then offer another half-size feeder. Wait two weeks and offer another small feeder, then build back up to regular-sized feeders on a two week schedule.

Third, you can also dust feeders with NutriBAC, it's a powdered probiotic that helps snakes recover from stressful events like regurgitating or shipping. You can find it on Amazon.

If your snake regurges again take it to a vet, they can tube feed Carnivore Care. I would also take a stool sample and have it checked for parasites and crypto since your snake came from a pet shop and very few bother to effectively quarantine or prevent the spread of diseases between the animals they're selling.

Just wanted to provide an update. So far the snake "seems" ok. Highly active at night, like usual, no additional discharge or throw up. I was able to rearrange the cage and get all the required parts in (budget parts). Still looking into options for better thermostat and pvc cage. But, I hope this works until then.
Went ahead and bought a new piece of plexi, they didn't have opaque. I cut out the middle for the light to rest on the screen, and then drilled 8 small holes on each side to vent.

It has been a while, and the snake has been doing great with minor adjustments to his cage. Hes fed on two adult mice every week, and just had his first regular meal of an X-small rat. No issues of regurgitation at all. He has been very very active, both day and night. Still working on getting a scale so I can weight him/her.
