awesome!!!
so now: what are you using for a thermostat? and what are the temps/humidity at now for ambient and floor temp, and how are you measuring those temps?
it will take a week of NO handling and no feeding for him to be adjusted. just keep us posted!

You're welcome! And I agree with the other post. Keep checking temps and humidity but give him a week and see what happens. Let us know how he's doing!

One men of those thermostats you get from petco by Zilla or something, which when I looked at the heating pad before I unplugged it and plugged it into the system it was at 110 (terrible!!!) and now it hasn't even gone past 90 since it's been plugged into the thermostat. For some reason thou it just stays around 85. My current temps are on the colder side and I'm having trouble getting them up. The cool side of the tank is 75, the warm side is 84 and the heating pad is 86. The humidity is always between 40-60%. I have both gauges on oppposite sides of the tank close to the floor and then I also have a laser pointer one so I can test direct spots.
Update: he still hasn't eaten either.

he'll want to eat once your husbandry is correct, which you're on your way to doing.
okay, for the thermostat just adjust it to a higher temp and monitor the floor. that brings me to my next question: how are you monitoring the floor of the enclosure over the UTH; how do you know it's at 85°? do you have an IR temp gun? if you don't i highly recommend you get one; they're invaluable in this hobby for the peace of mind they bring. EDIT: you do have one, i misread your post. sorry!!!
for humidity: is the top of the enclosure a mesh cover? cover all of it with tinfoil and cut out a hole for the lamp. you can take a hand towel and soak it, ring it out so it's not dripping and lay it over a hide. this will boost your humidity for about a week before you need to soak it again.
for cool side temps: i'd ditch a bulb and get a CHE (ceramic heat emitter) with a ceramic fixture dome. get one that has a rheostat built in (or just get a rheostat/lamp dimmer for it) and adjust it accordingly. a CHE is better at not sucking the humidity out but there will be some humidity loss with it.
