Where are all the crazy expensive and rare BP's?

From what I've heard snake money has a tendency to flow through the industry. So in other words it's largely breeders buying high end animals from others to breed and sell to other breeders etc. I'm sure there are some people who just collect high end snakes but that'd be a private collection which is why we wouldn't know about it lol

Oh my, the Piebald clown male is gorgeous. I probably would spend a max of $1500 on him but I don't breed or any of that. I just love that morph.

I would pay the $3k they are asking if I could afford it lol. That is such a risk with a living creature though. Anything can happen.

Ok, THAT is just cool !! Whoa, those eyes...

That is what a RARE and out of the ordinary BP should look like :)

I know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but the whole "scale less" thing totally doesn't appeal to me. Esp. after seeing some (rather warty) adults. I like snakes that will stay beautiful and unique looking through adulthood and I think Skittles is such a snake.

I remember way back when the first "blue eyed Lucy" supposedly sold for $100,000 !!!

So all you have to do is wait a couple of decades and these rare ones will become affordable, LOL. Of course by then, there will be something else new and cool. I do wonder, though, if we won't eventually bottom out? I thought that years ago, though, and yet, the cool ones keep coming ;)

Here's the thing. If it is a chimera then you can't be sure which dna the reproductive is passing on.

Yeah...I just like the different colored eyes and splotches. Just the uniqueness. Not looking at it from the breeders point of view [emoji16] For that it would need to have some DG thrown in..LOL

My wife's co-worker recently hatched this little one, not sure of sex. Haven't seen it for myself but he/she looks stunning!
