I'm a female and honestly I would rather work with a bunch of guys then a bunch of women any day

And I feel your pain Pit; got divorced, started over and went bankrupt all in one year. It wasn't easy but I made it; you will too:)

Well, the bright side is that if they are ball pythons or retics, they will be cheaper next year.

New to this site, no snake yet.. But someday!
Living paycheck-to-paycheck, working 20ish hours a week, while I take 15-17 credits per term in university..
I battle with an anxiety disorder that causes waves of depression..
Life does indeed suck, immensely sometimes, but gosh.. Animals are wonderful.
I have a cat who loves me so much, even when I'm stressed to my breaking point. :)

Life does suck, but critters make it suck a little less, aye?

I read a book years ago titled "Changes" written by Danielle Steele. Even though it was a love story, it chronicled the real life adaptations we have to make as we deal with this thing called " life". But know that changes are inevitable and they happen for a reason.

I'm coming from the opposite end where we're finally getting out of the hills and valleys of paycheck to paycheck. Got a teeny little pocket of savings, have built credit without going into debt, I'm able to plan for what I want and put some funds aside each paycheck until I have enough to get it. This year is buying out first new (used) car off a lot instead of from a relative and having a car payment to go along with that. Next year will be attempting to buy our current house from our landlord. I'm 30 and it feels like our lives are only just beginning.

That's really great to hear !!

I'm 60 next year and it only recently dawned on me that if I don't play my cards right - many of my snakes will be outliving me !!!

    Gulp !!!

Thank the lawd ( if there is one ) that I discovered the amazing benefits of regular ( daily ) fasting - 8 months ( and two stone ) later !!

The FXR was designed by Buell in the 80s. Its basically a big twin Sporty on steroids.
