What information to keep track of?

I use 1/2 inch 'magnetic tape', it comes in rolls and I put 1/2 inch label maker labels on and attach them above each tub. For that info I'll put the year of birth, the gender, and the morph "2015 female spider pied". I'll also have another label with the most current weight, I really don't' track this info anywhere else. But it gives me a good idea of the age and size of the snake in that tub. And I weigh each rodent before feeding and quickly look over my rack to see which is closest to 10% rodent weight per snake weight to maximize each feeding. The only real log I have is a feeding log and I don't use weights, I just write down who ate what. Here's my table below that I made up in Excel, I use a code for each block, like this:

FKM (Fresh killed mouse), FKR (Fresh killed rat), LPM (live pinky mouse), LRP (live rat pup), etc...

So I'd write something like "2x LPM" which is two live pinky mice. It helps me keep track of who is eating what and I can easily go back in the log to see the history of feeding if a snake is getting skinny or fat.

I don't find I have a use for any other tracking, but I'm not breeding yet either. Once I start breeding I'll have separate breeding logs, I imagine that's when things will get a bit complicated.
