snake room smell

there is a detectable odor of snake but its very subtle, like if someone has dogs. The best thing for rodents is ventilation and cleaning often. When i go to the reptile store where they have a ton of herps i can detect the smell too but its nothing bad, again ventilation could be the reason for this.

I just try to keep things as clean as possible. There is still a smell though. Whether I notice it or not. It's just like cats. No matter how used to the little box you are, guests can smell it instantly.
