I thought this was to do with terrapins when I saw the title of the thread, but terrapins can safely eat fish so I probably was just being silly. That said whatever fish you do put in - pick the most like the wild versions of them. I know someone that got a common slider terrapin and popped a veiltail goldfish in to the same vivarium, I did warn him that it wouldn't end well. Two weeks in and when I met up with him one morning he seemed pale, turns out he was stunned over the fact that the gold fish had been killed and eaten the tail had been eaten first then it had gotten killed and eaten. Be careful over what variety of fish you add - the type can have an effect even if its only a more pronounced tail.
