Yes it comes in black and a variety of colors actually - ordered online from Home Depot and they ship for free to the store.

And does anyone have a design for an outdoor one? Maybe on wheels? So I could keep it in my garage but easily bring it out to the yard for playtime? My Dum girl is 7 feet and she does enjoy climbing.

D - it's so simple to do once you figure out you can be creative, it took me a while too LOL - you don't have to glue them together so you can change it up if you want to. It comes in different colors and sizes, I think 1/2 to 1" Just go to the Home Depot website and shop plumbing PVC pipe. Check pinterest for ideas too LOL
