I am a new snake owner as well. I've had him about a month now- just fed him today and he's eaten two other times since I've had him. He has also shed.
But he has not pooped. I worry as well that something could be wrong?
I did find a urate today when I took him out. And that's the first one since I've had him.
Is this normal? Should I be worried?
I've read where some just don't go often. So I'm hoping that's his deal. Now he will have had 3 small rats and still no poop. Lol
And I've also read that some don't poop because they are absorbing the whole rat as nutrients? Could that be it as well? He's just absorbing it all and having nothing left to poop out?
