Acutally, that was just my first impression that it was a male. I wouldn't be able to tell for sure without looking at the pedipalps.

Oh why did I wander into this thread? I want to like spiders, I really do...or at least have a healthy respect for them, but now feel like I've got little creepy crawlies all over me! Running from the thread, screaming like a sissy........LOL
