    Thank you guys. Cosmo ate his first meal with me sun night. He ate on Wed at the pet store but for some reason he looked hungry to me.
    Took it no problem. Should I feed him twice a week?

    I feed my juvenile BP every 5-7 days. Usually closer to 5 than 7 though.

    I presume you fancy getting into breeding ?

    If not there's really no necessity to learn the sex is there?

    While not absolutely necessary it is good to know the sex. The sex of the animal can be indicative of behavior, size and feeding irregularities especially in animals over a year old. Not that ball pythons are hard to deal with in the first place but in general, males tend to be easier going, smaller, and prone to eating behaviors that can mystify and worry beginning keepers.

    Those are neat points. Eventually in the future I'd wanna try breeding.

    Yes eventually id like to try breeding. Its hard just remember all the morphs and names though lol

    You didnt happen to get your cosmo from a petsmart in montana did you? not trying to pry, but i was told my snake ate wed when i got her last night too but she looks starving. They were also out of mice so hafta go today.
