First, welcome to BP.net! You will NOT want to use a heat rock with your BP. Get an undertank heater, as balls are notorious for getting burned on heat rocks.

Your warm side of your tank or enclosure should be 92-94 degrees constant and your cool side should be 82-84 degrees constant. A digitial thermometer and a thermostat can be your best friends in acheiving this!

Ask all the questions you want, lawd knows I've asked a ton of them here, ad nauseum! LOL

Your snake will possibly develop an upper respiratory infection which can be fatal.

Ya, i did know not to use a heat rock though. I always do alot of research way before i buy or even think of buying my next pet.

Although i'm still wondering what happens to the snake when the temp drops that low???

I hope as well that my post regarding teens and pets did not offend as it was certainly not meant to. I have to admire younger people that are this dedicated to their creatures in the middle of a typical active teen life (I'm old and therefore have no life LOL).
