    Yeah, my two oldest girls just went through it last summer. They weren't interested in food for a solid three months, so I stopped offering entirely until they went back to regular "I want a rat" behavior (sitting in a waiting pose with heads and necks outside of their hides in the evening). They actually both gained weight and shed during that time. If your snake's been eating fine up to this point she'll have plenty of reserves and it won't cause her even the smallest dent in them.

    Considering that BP are overfed in captivity and that their metabolism really start to slow down as they mature it's not abmormal.

    Surprisingly She has done a good shed but little earlier shedding cycle in this time. Hopefully good sign for her.

    Finally she took 3 large mouses today even she has still refused the rat but I'm very happy! :)
