To get the 6 ft length and for ease of shipping it is a two piece consisting of a 4 ft cage and 2 ft extension.
This set up works well for me for feeding. Punch is my fastest and most hard hitting snake at feeding time. So I use the opposite door from the side that he is resting. Also works good for cleaning and changing water. Punch is not shy at all and when a door opens he comes running thinking that it's time to come out and play. :)

I have the 421 condo but have not used it yet. When I ordered it I couldn't wait and ended up making a rack. So far the racks work so much better for me but I do plan to use the boaphile in the future to show off some of my snakes. But for now.....it is setup but not being used.
I want the extra height so its easier to do maintenance :)
An empty cage ? Go get another snake to put into it..hehe !!
