Thank you Reinz! They are not that straight but not too noticeable on the ceiling.

Re: Showcase Cages and adhesive
Update: the loctite powergrab doesn't work all that great. It started falling down in a few spots so I hit it with some hot glue. That is still holding well. I ordered another cage today, I'll try just hot glue this time.

Re: Showcase Cages and adhesive
New snake = new cage setup again. I ran out of hot glue sticks and found Gorilla glue sticks. My hi-temp glue gun is ten watts, found a 20 watt gun. This combo works 10x better than my old glue gun and el cheapo glue sticks. Found both at Walmart.

Re: Showcase Cages and adhesive
If I recall correctly, Showcase Cages are made with HDPE and it's going to be hard to get anything to stick to that. HLH Reptiles put up a video series a while back were this problem came up. If you'd like, you can see the rundown on what was tried and what worked. Anyhow, if the gorilla glue doesn't work, you might try Locktite Plastics Bonding System.
Re: Showcase Cages and adhesive
Yes, not much sticks to polyethylene plastic. I couldn't find the loctite plastic bonding locally, but this hot glue works great and is much cheaper.
