BP Not Eating

As far as weight loss I have had 200 grams hatchlings losing 20 grams in one bowel movement, it's nothing for an animal your size.

Does it happen that a female that size goes of feed for that long or even longer? Yes I have even had females smaller than that going of feed for 6 months.

What can you do, double check your husbandry, downsize the enclosure size to the bare minimum, take the animal for a car ride (I am serious) and be PATIENT.

Changing prey type is never recommended unless you are willing to keep feeding the new prey type for a long time if they know how to eat a certain prey and were eating it previously they will again.

People always forget that those animals are VERY efficient and they are on their own schedule.

So basically, I shouldn't worry, this is all pretty normal and she'll be fine, correct? :D Should I offer her food less often until she actually accepts?

Absolutely you can offer less often and so long she is well hydrated and healthy she will resume feeding eventually it's just frustrating but at that size it's not something concerning.

Alright, I'll try every other week then for a while and we'll see what happens. It is frustrating, she's never done this before and she's my first snake so totally new experience for both me and her, LOL!
