    She's growing nicely
Had to replace her favorite hide with a larger one today.

Within minutes she was in there enjoying the new space.

It's a good feeling when they use and adjust to new furniture/props right away.

Re: It's offcial, I'm a nervously proud snake owner.
I enjoy seeing my ball python exploring at night so I purchased a driftwood thing from Petco. She really seemed to "enjoy" it but unfortunately all it did was grow mold after a few days and it's been returned. Funny thing is the girl at the store knew right away and refunded without issue.

Fortunately for me, I saw a fellow member (Sauzo) made a PVC jungle gym for his snake and I though it was a genius idea. The ability to create something for my snake to interact with and change it anytime I want, it's like adult tinker toys that are simple to clean!!!

Here are a couple pics - and she seems to really "like" the new Zilla rock lair hide I have on her hot side with a little moss in it for humidity. This is her temporary home until my T10's arrive.

Thanks - and thank Sauzo for the idea. It's so easy to do.

I talked to Ali yesterday and they are "on schedule" per the date I initially placed my order - they are cranking out enclosures like mad - good for business.

Thank you - she seems content and loves to explore at night - some mornings it looks like a bulldozer went through her enclosure LOL Hoping for a solid shed this morning (or soon) when I get home as her eyes were cloudy the other day and clear yesterday.

I like that black PVC. Another idea that I stole from the guys over at the GTP boards is you can take the white PVC and put the gym all together and then take it outside and use a handheld propane torch and scorch the pvc to give it that brown wood color and spritz it with water which will also give it texture. Do it outside as the fumes are toxic lol. And then you just let it cool and harden up and you get the cool texture and mixed coloring.

You can also make big ones for the room so your snakes can have a big jungle gym to climb around on. I haven't done it yet as I got a lot of stuff on my list atm as in 4 T8s, a room air purifier and a chest freezer so I can finally quit paying out the keester for all my rats, chicks and quails lol. Then I also need to save up at least $1000 for the Pucallpa Peruvian BCC as that's going to be the base price for them and they just go up from there based on color and pattern so I'm figuring it's going to run me probably $1200-$1500 for a really nice female neonate from Vin Russo. And then there is the 3 T25s I need :(

But anyways, looking good with the PVC gym.

When checking on Lucille this morning she's in blue. I find this process so amazing and hope to someday observe her actually shedding.

Bumped the humidity up to help and hopefully get another 1 piece shed from her. So excited she seems to be doing well in my care.
