    Ugh I guess one more question if people are still viewing this so I don't have to spam with a new thread but Buddy hasn't moved from his hot hide for two days now. I thought they were supposed to be a little active at night. I know they're very inactive snakes in general but is there such a thing as too inactive?

    He's prob going into shed. Sometimes they do nothing but chill. It's normal. He is probably out and about more than you think.

    That might explain not eating then. Thanks so much. I still have a lot to learn about ball pythons. But hopefully I can keep him happy and healthy as I learn.

    No worries. I'm making the switch to f/t rats this week. Fingers crossed that she eats them. These little guys will worry you to death. lol
