Awesome! Thanks for confirming the size. We have two T8s (one is currently divided) for our non-rack BPs, and we love them. Our boas are in VE175 tubs, and we go back and forth about if, when, and how to upgrade them to display cages from AP.

Oh man, my BP is bent that I stole her T10 with a shelf and put her in the Constrictor NW 48x23x14. She LOVED her shelf in the AP so I need to order her another AP cage as well 2 others for the dumerils and JCP. Now Dottie comes out at night and goes to back of the cage and stands up looking around back there. I swear she is looking for her shelf lol. She liked to go up on it at night and stretch out lol.

Now that you've got that fancy new camera, we expect pictures of Dottie's cuteness in looking for the shelf, too... :P

Great looking setup! Did you install the LEDs? Do you know if they happen to affect the ambient temp at all?

I'm hoping to get an AP cage when my little guy grows up, and prefer LEDs over fluorescent lights.. My dream is to get white and blue dimming LED lighting that I can use to mimic day/night cycle.

Thanks. No I had AP install the LEDs. They route a channel in the roof and flush mount them so there is nothing hanging out. Then they run the plug through the top of the roof and route a channel in the top so the plug wire fits in there so you can stack cages on top of each other without problems. The LEDs come in either white(shown), red or blue.

And no they don't affect ambient temps. They don't give off any heat like a fluorescent.

Here's a picture of what the inside top of the cage looks like with the lights.https://ball-pythons.net/forums/cach...c3a3b0_z_d.jpg
