    I don't know how to tell. I don't have any sort of scale. I'm broke for the next two months or so, so that'll have to wait more.

    My BP goes off food around end of Oct and goes back to eating around Apr. Its pretty normal. As long as everything husbandry is good, I would just watch for any noticeable weight drops. BPs will drive you crazy. I offer Dottie food every couple weeks and if she doesn't want, I got boas and my retic will be more than happy to take turns eating the surplus lol. Here is Dottie after her last meal. Since then she has quit eating like clockwork.

    Okay. I don't have any other animals who can have the rats if she doesn't eat. We usually just care for it until she decides she wants to eat, but this last one refused food and water and died... I'm wondering if there's a fast, cost-effective way to switch a BP to f/t, especially since she doesn't live with me, and when the best time to do so is.
