It is really hard to say what size bulb you will need for your setup. I woudl go with one bigger then you think you will need and then put it on a dimmer and "make" it the wattage you need.

Thanks for the advice. I decided to go with the 150W IR bulb and got a dimmer to put on the thing. It is working great! I still can't wait for that Flexwat. And next a thermostat...
