    I think with the massive amount of info out there these days it's easy to wonder which way is up. It would be easy for a newcomer to think ball python community is about nothing but breeding breeding breeding and getting animals up to weight as quick as possible to be able to breed. We are bombarded with videos and pics of hatchlings and clutches of eggs. It's easy to get sucked into it all. In the space of a month I went from just wanting a pet again to wanting more and more snakes. It's so addictive. Care sheet guidance can be hard to follow sometimes. I struggle with wanting to overfeed but I've somehow managed to stick to a weekly schedule. It's a good thing I don't have lots of disposable cash these days. I'd probably have a room full of snakes already.
