What is your procedure for offering the food? I see so many people that are too quick to jump to assist feeding before switching up their approach to offering the food. I got my latest clutch along with numerous babies started right on ft rat pinks just by doing this- don't handle at all, small dark 6qt tub with hide as Deborah mentioned, wait until night when it's been dark and quiet for a while, offer on tongs in a natural horizontal position (not dangling by a tail). Do not poke the snake in the face with the rat! They usually just need it wiggled in front of the hide and end up striking but if the don't take it after a minute I just leave it sitting right in front of the hides door and it's usually gone by morning. If it doesn't take it then wait 5 days before repeating the process. They're resilient and waiting another week won't hurt.
