What substrate do people use in these to maintain humidity with a Rhp? I currently just use newspaper in all my bins, was was thinking of more of a natural look for the enclosure. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I use ecoearth mostly. You have to let it dry out a bit though if you use the compressed bricks, otherwise the humidity is sky high for weeks. When the humidity gets low, mix some water in with the substrate, and you're good to go again. Since using it, my snakes look great, always smooth and soft, not a single wrinkled scale, im totally biased towards this stuff if you cant tell. Cypress mulch, reptibark, pretty much anything will work. It boils down to personal preference, again.
