    A little progress is still progress. Keep up the good work and keep an eye on it. Snakes heal slowly. Hopefully he'll go into shed soon, as they heal up it should get better with each shed. If it doesn't, a vet trip should be the next step, and probably the most difficult. Good reptile vets are few and far between. I went though them like tissues before settling on a man that's over an hour from me, but he's well worth it.

    This is pre soak tonight. Things are still looking a little better. Last night in his soak when I put him away I noticed a flake of what looked like one of the messed up scales sitting in the water/betadine.

    I think my boy will be okay hahaha.
