Girard has NO ANIMAL CONTROL, thats another goofy part of the city. No pitbulls, rats, boas, but no animal control. Police and the Trumbull County dog warden, I dont know about if they see the rats... I should have called the municipal building yesterday but I had a lot going on 'm going to call Monday and find out. Either way it don't matter I'm moving out lol
