    DANG! you are lucky, i would invest in a better t-stat like others have said, not for just the snakes, but your safety also. like others have stated, im just glad no one was hurt!

    I am going to get a different therm anyways I had one on my bookmarks for a while now but forgot about it till recently.

    I have a zoomed Hygrotherm, temperature and humidity controller. So a thermostat and hygrometer...... it was over $100..... is that one ok? It's been ok so far. Now I'm worried.....
